About Us

My name is Jamillah Jermon. I am the Director/Owner for Miluvsmile Family Growth Center. Watching children learn through the innocence of play has been one of the many gifts I have been able to receive working in the child development field. I have been working with children and families of various ethnicities and backgrounds for over 20 years. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Ashford University and Director Certification from California Community Care Licensing. As the Director of  Miluvsmile Family Growth Center my ambition is to be an asset to my family and community. I am an instructional leader in developing, planning, and implementing our Play-Based Curriculum with the collaboration of teachers. “Typically called “play training” in Early Childhood Education (ECE) and involves a variety of play enrichment strategies comprised of informal, though purposeful, adult interventions in children’s spontaneous play activities”. We encourage children 6 weeks to 5 years old, to meet their developmental milestones by providing a safe, nurturing learning environment.
